We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be approved under our voluntary guarantee. However, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected — if a product is faulty or materially not as described, please contact us and we will assess your case individually.
If you purchased the Ultimate Bundle, a refund covers the entire bundle. We do not offer partial refunds for individual guides within the bundle.
We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
